I will 100% be back. My partner and I had the jerk chicken platter and rib platter, both were AMAZING. Meat fell right off the bone. Weβve both visited Jamaica and this 100000% lives up to the authenticity. Our server was nice and prompt, restaurant was clean, canβt complain. Spent $45~
If you want a flavor chop to your mouth buds... would recommend! I had the curry chicken and coconut rice - it was juicy and seasoned so well I moaned, yep I did. The braised oxtail fell off into whatever magic sauce they cook it in. I saw them bring out the ribs to another table, too .... will return for an update after I come back for them!
Had the most delectable and fresh Jamaican food here. I tried the Jerk Chicken Plate and it was a lot of food. The rice and peas are divine, the chicken was perfectly cooked with a lovely amount of spice, and I will dream about the plantains. Service was fab! Very cute place and clean. Highly recommend if you're looking for delicious Jamaican food.
What a gem! I've been missing real authentic Jamaican food, and my friend took me here, and I wasn't disappointed. The mango and guava wings were soooo good, and the baked mac and cheese was one of the best I've had. Clean and great atmosphere. Cole & Everett thank you for such great service and food.
Had the best jerk chicken of my life here. The restaurant is very clean and has a great layout/decor. It feels brand new inside. The service was excellent and very attentive. This place is delicious and itβs a must visit.
The food is great and portions generous. We were a work party of 11. I'm pretty sure we ordered every appetizer they had and enjoyed them all. My favorite was the mango chicken wings. The atmosphere is nice with the reggae music playing. I had the jerk chicken platter and it was presented well. The flavor was very good. I was expecting some dry rub but it was a sauce but I'm not sure what is traditional. I'd love to try other dishes. My only complaint was they took our entree order late after we already ate the appetizers so there was a very long wait to get our main dishes. Also, I think we overwhelmed the kitchen with our large party and other customers who came in after us then had a longer wait too. The parking is not ideal and is right next to a dispensary and the area while not too sketchy during daylight lunch time hours, I'm not sure I would come in the evening. I felt like I had to watch over my shoulder and be aware of my surroundings more? Either way, the food and experience was good apart from what I mentioned. if this establishment was in a better area, I think it would do exceptionally better. The staff were great too. My overall star rating is mostly based on food taste.
The vegan options are amazingly delicious and have a truly unique flavor; and the price is very reasonable which is a great plus. It is a bit disappointing that they only have two vegan options available though looking at the menu items they could make more options vegan so here is to hoping for more in the future. Attached pictures are of the Curried Tofu and the Curry Vegi Chunks.
